A key distinction for 1795 dollars lies in the “Centered Bust” versus “Off-Centered Bust” varieties. On the Centered Bust, Liberty’s portrait is more evenly balanced between the obverse stars, with more uniform spacing. The Off-Centered Bust, as seen here, shows Liberty shifted slightly to one side, creating uneven star spacing and a subtly different visual balance that specialists readily recognize.
This coin is further enhanced by its residence in a PCGS Old Green Holder, a format long appreciated by collectors for its association with conservative grading standards.
