Here is a very rare piece to add to your collection of Medieval French numismatic art. It was struck either during the reign of Henry I of France (1031-1060) or his son, Philip I of France (1060-1108). PCGS has graded only one as MS61 with none finer. PCGS attributes it to Roberts-5056.

After much research, it appears that there is only one other example of this coin to be found. Here is the description of it in French, as it appears on the coinarchives.com website:

France - Orléanais - Comté de Blois – Denier. A/ Tête chinonaise devant un besant trois traits horizontaux pour la bouche. R/ + BEISIS CVSTLO Croix. Bd.191 (3f)-PA.-Dup.578-Legros.965 Ar…

Here is our translation of it, which is via Google Translate:

France - Orléans - County of Blois - Denier

[Obverse] Chinese head in front of a bezant with three horizontal lines for the mouth.

[Reverse] + BEISIS CVSTLO Cross.

Bd.191 (3f)-PA.-Dup.578-Legros.965 Ar…
