1913 $2.50 Indian Head Quarter Eagle PCGS MS63

Here is a very attractive coin to add to your collection. Please look carefully at the photos provided by AU Capital Management. PCGS has graded 1,684 of the 1913 $2.50 as MS63 with 1,294 finer. Collectors Universe gives this issue a price of $1,800.00 in MS63.

Gold specialist David Akers writes, "This is [an] unappreciated issue....The 1913 is generally well struck with decidedly above average lustre for the series....As with almost all the Indian Head $2.50 and $5 issues, the surfaces are somewhat granular as a rule. Color is usually a light to medium yellow gold..."
