1907 $10 Indian Head Eagle, No Motto PCGS MS62

Here’s an attractive specimen to include in your collection, one that carries one of the most dramatic designs in American numismatics. The obverse design is the synthesis of a creative partnership between Augustus Saint-Gaudens and President Theodore Roosevelt. Roosevelt used his bully pulpit with the sculptor-medalist, strongly suggesting that he add the Indian feather headdress to make the coin classically American.

PCGS has graded 3,020 as MS62 with 3,819 finer. Collectors Universe gives this issue a price of $2,350.00 in MS62.
