This coin is substantially more difficult to locate in Prooflike condition than the 1904. Yes, that could be due to the original mintage (6.2m vs 287,270), but the total amount of Prooflike coins for the 1904 $20 is 890 and the total amount for the 1903 $20 is a mere 20. It's a crazy ratio!
So this coin has a population of 10 in this MS62 grade with 9 finer (MS64 is finest). The one and ONLY Auction Price we have been able to locate is a non-CAC MS62 PL selling at Heritage for $2,880 on October 2018.
