A flashy specimen for sure, with nice cartwheel luster. The obverse has a few nicks but they're hidden within the devices. A couple appear in the hair of Lady Liberty (you've got to really look for them) and there is some obvious chatter on the cheek, as so often found. While the obverse grades MS64 appropriately, the reverse is a full GEM MS65 in our opinion. But priced as a CAC MS64 nonetheless. At CAC, we see they've recorded 374 MS64 examples, while the common, or generic date - the 1904, has 3,110 endorsements in MS64. That's a huge difference for coins that are essentially priced the same. Hopefully you see the underlying value in purchasing this coin, too!
