Token - 1883-Dated California Miner w/Pick Q Round Gold Charm NGC MS63
Here’s a distinctive gold charm from the Old West to include in your collection. It’s a more affordable piece for the California Fractional Gold enthusiast. NGC has graded 2 as MS63 with 10 finer.
The obverse presents a gold miner facing left. His pick is raised and he is about to crack the ore rock with it. In front of him are gold nuggets or ore rocks with gold veins. The setting is a gold mine. These images are found within a circle, outside of which appears to be a series of clouds. The date 1883 is at the bottom. The reverse has a wreath with berries that is open at the top. The wreath is tied neatly at the bottom. A large 'Q' is within the wreath, above 'CAL.GOLD/CHARM.'
