1875 Gold 50C Indian Head Octagonal, Rarity-4.

Obverse: 13 stars, 1875 around and below large Indian head. 7th star aligns between 2nd and 3rd feather points.

Reverse: 1-2 DOLLAR CAL within wreath. 11 berries on left branch, 10 berries on right branch. Same as BG-944 & BG-945 but repolished.

1. Die State-1: 8 is normal; crack from rim to 8.
2. Die State-2: Base of 8 open; obv. cracks at 7:00 and 8:45.
