Completely new to the market...we can't find a trace of it anywhere!
The O-103 is a wonderful enigma for collectors, and has been since it was first described in Beistle's Type Table (1929). The final digit was repunched multiple times. Al Overton could not figure out the exact combination of digits, and just called it a "jumble of recuttings." There are clear signs of a 3 or a 2, a 0, and perhaps an underlying 1. We find it remarkable that even though this is a major Red Book variety, it is usually missing from all major collections, especially since this is one of those varieties whose coolness factor is off the charts! PCGS population of (9) with (25) finer.
